Your wine tour starts off among the vines with a brief overview of vineyard practices and management as well as exclusive insight on how the vines are developing for the current harvest. From the field, you'll head into the winery for a little more education followed by a select tasting menu.
Next, you'll put your newly aquired wine education to work at 2-3 more tasting room stops in Russian River or Dry Creek Valleys.
5 hour Wine Tasting Tour of Russian River & Dry Creek Appellations
This tour is recommended for people who enjoy wine and would like to emmerse themselves in the local lifestyle.
$105 per person (pricing does not include lunch or tasting fees)

Start Time: 11:00 – 11:15 am

Tour Details:
Your wine tour starts off among the vines with a brief overview of vineyard practices and management as well as exclusive insight on how the vines are developing for the current harvest. From the field, you'll head into the winery for a little more education followed by a select tasting menu.
Next, you'll put your newly aquired wine education to work at our second tasting room destination.
Pick up lunch at local stop and bring to winery for picnic lunch.
After lunch, you'll have a chance to compare and contrast the wines of 2 –3 additional tasting rooms.
Wineries will be selected by your guide the day of the tour based on conversations the guide has with the group. Vine Rover Tours believes in introducing you to wineries that are unique to the area –– usually smaller, family-owned wineries with great tasting room staff and wines that you will not find at your local retailer.

Tour Length 6.5 – 7.5 hours
 Tour Details:
Start your wine tour with a private breakfast at a vineyard estate with a Dry Creek or Russian River Valley winegrower, followed by a walk through the vineyard for an up-close look at the vine. Finish up with a tasting of the wines that come from this vineyard.
Next to Passalacqua Winery to visit owner Jason Passalacqua for a private tasting of current releases followed by future vintage tasting from the barrel.
Mid-morning, you'll visit the De La Montanya Estate Vineyards and Winery to taste unique varietials and blends with the owner Dennis De La Montanya or winemaker Mike Loykasek.
Lunch includes wine & food pairings at Restaurant Mirepoix with Greg and Jennifer Hauck of Hauck Cellars.
Finish off at Harvest Moon Estate and Winery with Winemaker and grower Randy Pitts for private tasting and barrel samples of future Pinot Noir small lots.
